1. Payment Terms

All payments are due according to the terms stated on your invoice or proposal.
Services may begin once payment (or deposit) is received.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:

• A double payment or billing error confirmed by Brandup
• Cancellation of a service before any work has commenced

Due to the customized and creative nature of our services (branding, design, marketing), completed or in-progress projects are non-refundable.

3. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a service, please contact us immediately at loubna@bybrandup.com.
Cancellations after project initiation may be subject to partial charges for time spent.

4. Disputes

All disputes regarding payments or refunds should be sent to loubna@bybrandup.com.
We will respond within 5–7 business days.

This policy and all transactions are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA.
